Assembling a Legacy Convertible Loft Bed

Convertible loft bed – The purchase of beds for children comes in phases. The first phase is the home after they graduate to something a little smaller than a twin size bed and finally make it to a regular-sized bed. A solution to overcome these phases is to purchase a crib that converts to toddler bed size and then be adjusted in a regular-sized bed. These types of beds are called convertible loft bed.

Replace the scissor lift arms. Put the mattress support spring in a workbench vice versa. Place the stabilizer bars. Keep one of the two stabilizer bars within one set of scissor lifts and secure through the holes left in the scissor lifts. Use two hex screws and Allen key with convertible loft bed. Add the side panels to the spring assembly.

Secure the front and rear of the bed. Insert a wooden dowel in the bottom of the well located on each side panel. Convert the crib to convertible loft bed.  Remove the front panel and then remove the screws holding the central panel on the front panel. Secure the child to the lower rail assembly holes with decorative studs and screws you removed the central panel of the existing front panel. Change the convertible loft bed for a double bed. Remove the front and rear panels and turn them over so the curve in the central panel is facing up.
